How It Works:

Local Drop-Off:

1.  Bring your items to our drop-off location.

2.  We'll look them over to make sure they are suitable for sale on eBay, then we'll have you complete and sign our Consignment Agreement.

3.  We research the items, write the ad copies, take the pictures, list the items on eBay, answer buyer questions, collect the payments and ship the items to the buyers.

4.  Once the money is collected, we mail you a check along with a detailed sales report.

Out-of-Town Shipping:

1.  Call, fax or email us a list of what you have to sell.  If you don't have a complete list, that's fine, we can inventory the items for you.

2.  Once your items have been approved for sale, ship them to us in large boxes.  We recommend UPS Ground for most items.  You can drop the items off at your local UPS Store, or we can schedule a convenient pick-up at your home or business.  Click here to find a UPS Store near you.

3.  Complete and sign our Consignment Agreement and ship it with the items or fax it to us.

4.  We research the items, write the ad copies, take the pictures, list the items on eBay as part of a larger auction, answer buyer questions, collect the payments and ship the items to the buyers.

5.  Once the money is collected, we mail you a check along with a detailed sales report.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What happens if an item doesn't sell?              We sell over 99% of the items we list, so it's rarely an issue.  In the rare event that an item doesn't sell, we will simply relist it in the next auction.

What happens if an item is returned?              We only accept returns if an item was listed incorrectly.  We have very few returns, but if an item is returned, we will simply relist the item in the next auction.

Are My Items Insured?                              Yes, from the moment the items leave your hands to the moment they are received by our buyers, all your items are fully insured.

Do You Use Reserves?                                    We sell 99% of our items with no reserve.  Our experience has taught us that this is the way to get the most money for the vast majority of items.  We will consider using a reserve on an extremely rare or obscure item where there are only a few potential buyers.

Who Sets the Price?                                       The final selling price is set by the market.  In the auction method of marketing, each item is sold to the highest bidder.  Our job is to get the most bidders to the sale to bid on the item.  For an estimate of what your item is worth, please check eBay's completed auction search, email us, give us a call or bring your item by our drop-off location.

Who Sets the Starting Price?                            In an auction, the starting price is largely irrelevant, it's the final bid price that really matters.  We have found that a starting price of $9.99, with no reserve, generates the most bidding and highest final sales price even if the expected final price is thousands of dollars.

How Long Does the Whole Process Take?     It depends on when we receive your items in relation to the date of our next auction and how quickly our buyers pay for their items.  However, we strive to keep the timeline from when your collection arrives at our facility to the time we mail your check to about 8 weeks.

What Factors Make You Successful?        We know our products, we guarantee our merchandise, we have a recognizable brand name, we have an excellent feedback profile, we combine shipping, we ship internationally and we use traditional advertising to support our auctions.

Do You Have Any References?                     Yes, we have over 53,000 of them.  Check our eBay Feedback profile.  99.6% of our customers had positive feedback about their experience with us.  This is one of the toughest standards to achieve in the business world today, and we are extremely proud of our commitment to customer service.
